How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. During peak seasons or product launches, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
What is your return policy for opened beauty products?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used. However, if your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
